The key to presence and change

Movement is more than physical steps – it is an invitation to be present, here and now. When you move consciously, you connect with the moment, your body, your breath and your senses. It is in this presence that transformation happens.

I have developed a method that combines dance, free movement, breathing, sensory work, energy and mental training, and each of these components plays an important role in creating balance and flow. Dance and free movement help you express emotions and release stress, breathing techniques calm you and ground you in your body, sensory work strengthens your connection to the moment, energy exercises help you find inner harmony, and mental training makes you more aware of thoughts and patterns that affect you. This interaction gives you balance and flow, releases tension and strengthens your connection to yourself.

To truly transform, you must be in the movement, in the body, in yourself.

What does presence mean to you?

Dance - Freedom in the moment

Dance is one of the most direct paths to presence.

When you let the music guide you and move without fear or self-criticism, something magical happens – you are one hundred percent here and now. Although many hold back, the magic lies in letting go.

When you let go of control and let your body follow the music, you open up to a feeling of freedom, flow and true presence.

Structured dance and free dance - A perfect balance

Both free dance and structured dance have their value, and together they provide a holistic approach to movement. Free movement allows you to explore your body without rules, releasing tension and increasing body awareness. Bachata and Salsa give you technique, musicality and interaction, while developing coordination and confidence – both alone and with a partner.

Through dance you can:

  • Release tension and reduce stress
  • Build self-confidence and become more confident in your own movement
  • Experience pure flow – where you don't think, just be
  • Connect to the music and let it guide you
  • Develop coordination and body awareness through structured dance

Dance is not about perfection, but about presence in movement. When you are present, your body moves naturally and intuitively.

How do you balance free movement and structured technique in dance – and which part gives you the most joy?

Movement – A deeper path to balance

Movement is more than dance. It's about how you breathe, sense the world around you, release energy, and create inner balance. When you learn to be here and now in movement, transformation happens on a deeper level. What if you could move with complete freedom and without limitations?

My method combines:

  1. Breathing techniques – Ground yourself in your body and release tension
  2. Sensory Walk – Sharpens the senses and creates peace
  3. Free movement & dance – Allows the body to express itself naturally and intuitively
  4. Energy work – Helps you balance and use your life energy
  5. Mental training – Strengthens self-confidence and dissolves fear

When you combine these elements, movement becomes a meditation, a liberation, a path into yourself.
